Principal's Message

Jeremiah McCluney was born and raised in Rutherford County and graduated from R-S Central High School. He attended University of North Carolina Greensboro and earned a Bachelor's Degree in Music Education. He also earn his professional teaching license in Business from Appalachian State University, Instructional Technology from East Carolina University, and attended Appalachian State University as a Principal Fellow and earned his Masters in School Administration. He has served as Principal of Rutherford Early College High School for the past 7 years. Before REaCH he taught at RS Middle School, served as Instructional Technology Facilitator at REaCH, and as Assistant Principal at R-S Central High School.
